Elderberry

If you are like me then you love a good liquid. I am a liquid freak! I always have at least 2-3 liquids with me at any given moment. Water, coffee, tea etc. If I can take medicine in liquid form, then that’s what I will do.

My favorite drink the past few years since Covid has been Elderberry Syrup.

What is it?! Well elderberry is a fruit berry that uncooked can cause digestive distress. So please make sure your Elderberries are cooked!!!!

Many people take Elderberry orally by gummies or syrups.

There are many benefits of Elderberries both internally and externally.

Here are some benefits of Elderberries:

Most Elderberry syrups are made with cloves, honey, lemon, ginger and cinnamon so it’s great by itself. I personally LOVE the flavor and don’t need to add it to anything. A berry that is high in pretty much everything is a win-win in my book!
